Nuven currently delivers to addresses in the following US metros:
- San Francisco Bay Area (all zips)
- Greater Los Angeles
- Seattle metro
- New York City (five boroughs) and Jersey City

Speed and cutoff
Standard shipping is 2–4 business days from when we pick your order. Cutoff for same-day pick is 11am Pacific, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after cutoff (or on weekends) enter the pick queue the next business day.
Shipping cost
Flat $6.95 on orders under $60. Free shipping on orders $60 and up. There is no fuel surcharge, no handling fee, and no surprise line item at checkout.
Chilled and perishable items
Chilled items ship in insulated liners with gel packs and are held for Monday–Wednesday pick to avoid weekend transit. If a chilled shipment cannot arrive within 48 hours of pick, we hold your order and notify you.
